Ottawa Youth Triathlon, POSTPONED
We support and develop athletes to reach their performance goals at the National & International level. The program is aligned around our core values based on Triathlon Canada's Athlete Development Model and International coaching experience. Our focus is on more than just outcomes, we stress skill acquisition & refinement and create independent learners and problem solvers.
Triathlon is a physical sport and our focus on talent development is not meant to replace the hours of physical training needed for success, we understand there is no short cut to developing the full athlete capable of success at the highest levels of the sport.
Athletes need to develop proficiency in the four pillars of high performance sport. Tactical, Technical, Emotional, Physical.
We understand the demands of the sport and the skill sets that are needed to achieve with world class performance’s and we know how to work with athletes to improve those skills.

The Development program encourages athletes to set training goals, discover training at different levels of effort, introduces advanced skill acquisition, and personal accountability.
Athletes can attend up to 6 sessions per week based on their availability and objectives.
This program is a great choice for those athletes who are crossing over from another sport or those looking to expand their skill sets in swimming, cycling and running and is a great entry way into TRIATHLON ONTARIO’S Provincial Development program.

Sat - 3pm -4:30pm Nepean Sportsplex
Bike / Run
Please note training locations change based on season.
Mon/ Tues / Thurs 5:30pm

Program Pricing
$184 + hst per month
You can withdraw from the program anytime with 30 days notice.
Just home for the summer from University or college or want to take a break from soccer or summer hockey. Join our summer training program.
Choose from training options available almost any day of the week that include pool swimming, open water swims, bike skills sessions, group rides, track running, trail running and brick workouts.
Join the rest of the squad in a fun, challenging environment. We focus on teaching skills and advancing technical knowledge in addition to improving fitness and strength.
The SUMMER TRAINING program runs from April to Sept 2023.
The program is billed as 3 equal payments of $220 + hst.
